1938 the grandparents, of the today's hostess, Karl and Lilly Meister, better known as Butcher Karl, takes over and leads the Schützenhof in own direction.

Butcher an Host an ideal mix.

1974 a take over and an expansion by Adolf and Karin Girschikofsky, by birth Meister has been done.
More beds and guestrooms became a new look to the spirit of the age. The modernizationstill goes on.

The Hessian National Drink the Äpplewoi and the sausage delicacies are still homemade.

The daughter Jutta together with her husband Manfred takes over the traditional Schützenhof in
1999 .

A solid and a well-tended good home cooking is expecting you.
